Forgings for railway transport

The range of forgings for railway transport includes parts for passenger and freight cars weighing from 0.22 to 200 kg of any configuration: 

• Forgings for axle box of undercarriages of all types: locking cover, labyrinth ring, labyrinth, Belleville washer and others.
• Forgings for energy absorbing system: friction wedge, pressure cone, thrust plate, moving and stationary plate and other parts (including parts for a new device PMKP 110) 
• Shut-off valves for carriages: forged hinges, hatches, door latches, locking sectors and others.
• Forgings for other parts of carriages: inserts of brake beam, body central bearing, and coupler pin, pendulum suspension.
